K. V. Vishwanathan (Chairman)
Chairman of the Board   and promoter of the company. He has more than 45 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry and prior to promoting Aanjaneya Lifecare in 2006, he held management positions in Benzochem Lifesciences P Ltd. Mr Vishwanathan has strong technical background and is recognized for his vision and leadership. He is a multi-faceted personality who’s love for arts, sports and social service compliments his strong business acumen. He has been a guiding and motivating force behind the decisions taken at strategic level. The company has benefited a lot from his rich experience, able and mature advice on technical and strategic issues. His presence on the board is always a source of inspiration and motivation for the team members.

Dr. Kannan Vishwanath (Managing Director & CEO)
He is responsible for spearheading the company’s management and global operations, guiding it through its next phase of growth Mr. Vishwanath brings to the company strong leadership skills, coupled with new vigor & passion & envisions Aanjaneya   to emerge as a global player in multiple therapeutic segments He believes in nurturing a culture that is entrepreneurial, result oriented, customer focused and based on team-work. Mr. Vishwanath has a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical business and has worked in intensely competitive market .He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) & was conferred Honorary Doctorate by International University of Vienna – Austria in December 2009.

Mani .S. Iyer (B.Com (Hons), ACA, CISA) (Director & CFO)
Mr. Iyer is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in the field of Finance & Accounts.
Mr Iyer has made a significant contribution to improve the financial performance of Aanjaneya year after year by focusing on improving productivity as well as optimizing cost structures across the entire value chain. With a strong hold on Finance, he also guides the various activities of Merger & Acquisition Department. Besides heading the Finance function; he also spearheads the Secretarial, Taxation, Treasury & Insurance and Forex operations.

Mr. Iyer has many successes to his credit during 30 years of his career spanning over diverse industries such as durables, information technology, services, and infrastructure and now pharmaceuticals

Shashikant Shinde (B.Sc, MBA) (Executive Director)
Mr. Shinde leads the core team that drives the growth and performance of Aanjaneya   Mr Shinde had been Executive Director of Prophyla Biologicals P Ltd   whose assets and business was brought out by Aanjaneya . Mr Shinde nurtured new lines of business, helped to build a high-talent organization, and was instrumental in introducing best-in-class practices in corporate governance & innovative products. He envisioned new business platforms like the Custom Pharmaceutical Services business and Specialty Pharmaceuticals and is dedicated to building the innovation side of the business. He is also a champion of sustainability thinking and has spearheaded efforts to reduce the company’s ecological footprint by embracing green technologies and processes.

His personal mission is to create high performing organization which can sustain and thrive through changing generations of people, products and technologies. He firmly believes that a strong human resource base is crucial for seamlessly integrating diverse businesses and cultures to perform as a cohesive business force.
